Our services include strategic guidance, feedback, and hands-on support throughout the college process. While we work closely with students and families—including reviewing materials and providing detailed recommendations—all applications and supporting documents must be completed and submitted by the student or family.

Elevate U Consulting LLC does not submit applications or materials on behalf of clients.

No Guarantee of Results

Elevate U Consulting LLC does not guarantee admission to any college or university, financial aid awards, scholarships, or any specific outcomes.

All admissions and financial aid decisions are made solely by colleges and universities and are outside of our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Completing and submitting all required applications and materials

  • Meeting all deadlines

  • Reviewing all materials prior to submission

Elevate U Consulting LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines, incomplete submissions, or errors not reviewed by the client.

Payments & Refund Policy

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Elevate U Consulting LLC offers a partial refund policy for unused services:

  • Once a session has been completed, that session is non-refundable

  • If a client chooses not to continue, a partial refund may be issued for unused sessions

  • Completed sessions will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly

All refund determinations are made in alignment with these terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any session that needs to be canceled must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.

This policy allows us to maintain availability and provide a high level of service to all clients.

Introductory Consultation

The introductory consultation is designed to understand your student’s needs and determine the appropriate level of support. It does not include in-depth advising, document review, or strategy development.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, branding, graphics, and materials—is the property of Elevate U Consulting LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
