Founder and Chief Strategist
Annette brings over a decade of experience in higher education, with a background spanning enrollment management, student accounts, financial aid, registrar services, and veteran services. Her work has given her a comprehensive understanding of both the student journey and the systems that shape it behind the scenes.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of student support and institutional operations—guiding students and families through complex academic and financial decisions, while also identifying opportunities for institutions to improve processes, communication, and overall service delivery.
This perspective has shaped her approach: one that prioritizes clarity, strategy, and intentional support. She believes that navigating the college journey should not feel overwhelming or uncertain, but instead structured, informed, and aligned with each student’s goals.

She contributes to the development of training, processes, and strategies designed to better support students while also helping schools and organizations strengthen the services they provide.
